I’ve decided to develop some simple HW which I can attach to computer through USB. PIC18F family is suitable for this purpose.
Unfortunately I was frustrated by information available on internet. Same as me you can find many simple programmers, but none worked!
To save your time I am bringing to you my findings in few articles on this page.

You have few options:

• Buy commercial programming product. (not mine option)
• Create cheap programmer using with freeware programming SW.
  Here are options:
  • USB programmer
  • COM / serial port programmer
  • LPT / parallel port programmer
